She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewey Smidt and Retha Smidt (Edwards); her husband Walter G. Jeffers; her children, Charles Jeffers and Lynn Jeffers; and her brothers, Dudley and Burl Smidt.
She is survived by : her children, Craig Jeffers (Annette) of Blairsburg, Iowa, Kay Skidmore (Bill) of Omaha and Diane Van Drie (Derwin) of Sheldon, Iowa; her grandchildren, Christopher Jeffers, Jennifer Jeffers, Nicholas Jeffers, Nathan Skidmore, Paige Skidmore, Cody Van Drie (Kim), Kyle Van Drie (Jessica), Kelsey Van Drie, Katie Van Drie, Isla Van Drie, Daniel and Jenessa Hildebrand; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Smidt and Sharon Jeffers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
