She was predeceased by : her parents, William Mashek and Regina Mashek (Shileny); her spouse Leonard A. Mracek; her son Ronald Lee; and her siblings, Stanley, Robert and Judy Kuboushek.
She is survived by : her children, Steve (Elaine) of Florida, Randy (Vickie) of Protivin, IA, Julie Reicks (Ron) of Lawler, IA and Cindy Howland (Tim) of Protivin, IA; her brother John Mashek (Dorothy) of Calmar, IA; her sister-in-law Gayle Mashek of Fredericksburg, IA; and her grandchildren, Tait Mracek, Derek Mracek (Bevin), Ericka Moudry (Ben), Laura Heims (Nick), Nathan Mracek, Tory Reicks (Kristi), Angela VanDeusen (Chris), Jason Reicks (Jenny), Dustin Reicks, Kirk Reicks (Nicole), Isaiah Reicks (Jenny) and Alisha Reicks-Sturgill (Darin). She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews.
