She was predeceased by: her parents, James Koutsky and Anna Koutsky (Zeleny); her husband Audie; and her sister Joyce. She is survived by: her children, Bronwyn Kutsch (Michael) of Austin, Texas and Bradley Novacek of Phoenix, Ariz.; her grandchildren, Brandon Kutsch (Lisa) of Round Rock, Texas, Amanda Kutsch (Kyle Page) of Johnston, Iowa, Katrina Kutsch of Austin, Texas, Maria Novacek of Phoenix, James Novacek of Flagstaff, Ariz. and Stephanie Novacek of Phoenix; her great grandchildren, Joshua and David Kutsch of Round Rock, Texas; her sister Diana Driskill (Perry) of Afton; and her sibling's children, Candice Tobin of Brooklyn Park, Laura Pfaltzgraff (John) of Des Moines and Russ Driskill of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
