She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Winston and Alice Juanita Bartles (Rounds); her husband Herbert Lewis; her brother Ron Bartles; and her sister-in-law Jeanie Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Lewis of Creston, IA and Sandra Taylor (Jason Dumler) of Red Oak, IA; her grandchildren, Rick Lewis, Jr. of Creston, IA, Harlee Lewis of Creston, IA, Micayla Taylor of Red Oak, IA, Elizabeth Dumler of Council Bluffs, IA and Trisha Dalrymple of Red Oak, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Guy Scott of South Bend, IN and Susie Bartles of Shenandoah, IA. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
