She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Smith and Cliata Smith (Cooper); her daughter Judy; her grandson Justin Michael Moates; and her siblings, Carl, Jr., Wayne, Bobby, Wilma Faye, Esther, Carolyn and Bonnie.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Moates (Angela) of Wickenburg, AZ and Margie Kuhn (Randy) of Red Oak, IA; her grandchildren, Marcus Adam Moates of Los Angeles, CA, Casey Holmes of Villisca, IA, Michelle Kuhn of Colorado Springs, CO and Shad Kuhn (Amber) of Omaha, NE; and her great grandchildren, Zoe Kuhn, Ian Kuhn and Ollie Kuhn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
