He is survived by: his parents, Shirley McMath (Bailey) of Lenox, Iowa and Robert McMath; his sister Monica; his brother-in-law Kevin Crouch of Red Oak, Iowa.; and his nephews, Ben Crouch of Kansas City, Missouri and Alex Crouch (Alyssa).
