She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Stange and Rose Gehrke Stange; her sons, Curt and Chris Dubois; her parents-in-law, Sherwin Dubois and Opal Dubois; her sister Wilma Hale (Raymond); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Dubois, Norma Nickelson (John), William Dubois, Fern Schaffer (William "Bill"), Anita Robinson, Kenneth Dubois and Merle Breacher.
She is survived by: her husband Jon Allen Dubois of Osceola, IA; her daughters, Tamra Shadlow of Story City, IA and Sheila Puentes (Jose) of Council Bluffs, IA; her granddaughter Melissa Loest (Patrick) of Redfield; her great grandchildren, Amelia Loest and Lyla Loest; her grandchildren, Cassie Kain (Ryan) of Laverne, IA, Zachary Shadlow of Roland, IA and Samuel Puentes of Elizabethtown, KY.; her sister Bonnie Breacher of Rembrandt, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Marge Dubois of Askov, MN, Bjorg Dubois of Neosho, MO, JoAnn Dubois of Spencer, IA and Gordon Dubois (Linda) of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Little Sioux Valley Cemetery.
