He was loved and cherished by many people including: his great-great-grandparent Charles Frank Higgins Jr; his parents, Charles Higgins and Linnie Higgins (Horrel); his wife Yvonne Lamoureux; his children, Theresa Meents of Omaha, NE, Mark Higgins, Eileen Hemer (Joe) of Waverly, IA, Mary Anne Paulsen (Kevin) of Austin, TX, Martha Smith (Jeff) of Juniata, IA, Liz Kerfeld (Keith) of Hugo, MN, Mike Higgins (Mary) of Early, IA, Ellen Rieder (Frank) of Jersey City, NJ, Barb Gillen (Shawn) of Beloit, WI and Kate Higgins (Cheryl) of Boulder, CO; his grandchildren, Annette, Charlie, Colette and Henry; and his sisters, Theresa Higgins, Mary Dahm and Frances Drey. He was also cherished by 26 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; siblings.
