He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Galbraith and Florence Galbraith (Deming); his parents-in-law, Edwin and Matilda Linquist; his siblings, Arlene Willadson (Leo), Gerald Galbraith (JoAnn), Merle Galbraith (Phyllis) and LeRoy Galbraith (Ruth); and his siblings-in-law, Merlyn Smith, Lawrence Linquist and Ruth Linquist.

He is survived by : his wife Ann Galbraith of Sac City; his children, Rob Galbraith of Sac City and Mary Gaffney (Benny) of Altoona, IA; his grandchildren, Nikki Auna (Riley) of Fridley, MN, Alexandra Galbraith of Minneapolis, MN, Henry, Avery and Sloane Gaffney of Altoona, IA; his great grandchildren, Brynn, Grant and Josie Auna; his sister Ruth Ellen Smith of Sac City; and his sister-in-law Doneta Linquist of Sac City. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
