He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Klindt and Nellie Klindt (Tatman); his siblings, Lewis, Donald Montgomery and Delores Klindt; and his parents-in-law, Orville and Lucile Mizer.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Klindt of Sac City, IA; his son Todd Klindt (Jill) of Ames, IA; his grandchildren, Lily, Owen Klindt and Penny Klindt; his sister-in-law Sandie Campbell of Lake View; and his sibling's children, Georgia Martin (Cookie) of Des Moines and John Anderson of Ankeny.
