She is survived by: her children, Noel Dean and Janice Ann; her sister Lillian Schroeder; her children, Noel Cook (Elaine) of Wall Lake and Janice McChesney (David) of Lincoln, Nebraska; her daughter-in-law Cathy Cook (Rick Vetter) of Wall Lake, Iowa; her grandchildren, Justin Cook (Valerie Merchant), McKinze Cook (Sean Fredericks) of Portland, Oregon, Haley Cook of Ames, Iowa, Alissa Blair (Corey) of Treynor, Iowa, Kellen Cook of Urbandale, Iowa, Lexie Ryan (Colin) of Lawton, Iowa, Damon Cook of Wall Lake, Michael and Scott McChesney of Lincoln, Nebraska; and her great grandchildren, Autumn, Caidah, Graysen Blair and Addison Fredericks. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
