She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Merle Russell and Aletha Ruby Russell (Keller); her sister Melva Persinger; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Persinger and Ruby Russell.
She is survived by : her husband William Bell of Sac City, IA; her children, Jacqueline McKenna (Robert) of Boone, IA, Daniel Bell of Fulda, MN and Robert Bell (Sara) of Sac City, IA; her grandchildren, Travis McKenna (Kali), Tracy Wandrey (Jason), Danielle Smith (Jason), William Bell (Rachel), Jaimie Bell (Curt Greely), Jacob Bell, Kathryn Kascsak (Jesse Hutton) and Lucas Bell (Martisa); and her brother John Russell. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
