He is survived by: his former wife Marlene Peterson; his wife Millie Oxley of Sac City, IA; his children, Joyce Person of Chaska, MN, David Oxley (Mary) of Hastings, MN, Deb Kemp (Pete) of Stamford, NE, Kim Jacobsen (Walt) of Grimes, IA, Todd Oxley (Laurie) of Huxley, IA and Greg Oxley (Tracy) of Stephenville, TX; his grandchildren, Shannon Stenson, Brenna (Adrian Vanderhoff-Oxley), Chris (Melissa Thompson), Brook (Rachel Jacobsen) and Hannah (Allyn Oxley); his sister Marian "Mim" Shields (Roy) of Aurora, CO; and his brother-in-law Jim Lloyd. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
