He is survived by: his wife Joan Wilken; his daughters, Linda Bromley (Stan) of Minot, ND, Deb Husebye (Jeffery) of Garrison, ND and Pam Tovar (Rick) of Delafield, WI; his grandchildren, Jen Grondahl Lee (Kwang), Eric Grondahl, Jared Grondahl, Jason Bromley, Amanda Bromley Ruelle (Tyler), Philip Bromley, Katherine Tovar, Laura Tovar Hart (Seth), Adam Tovar, Margaret Tovar and Rey Tovar; his siblings, Minard Petersen (Susie) of Lake View, IA, Bertha Sundrup of Aurora, CO and Merlin Petersen (Doris) of Martinsville, IN; and his sister-in-law Joyce Wilken of Odebolt, IA. He is also survived by children, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
