He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbert Wagoner and Agnes Wagoner; his adoptive father George Emil; his wife Jane Ann Fisher of Salem; his children, Little Gary Roth (Samantha) of Burlington, Christopher Roth of Salem, Tammy Bencze of Ottumwa, Melanie Stanton of Missouri and Crystal Wilson (Justin) of Kirksville, Missouri; his siblings, Steve Roth (Cindy) of Milan, Illinois, Larry, David, Paul, Bill Wagoner and Naomi Dalton; and his granddaughter Jazmine. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to assist the family with funeral expenses.
