He is survived by: his son Dustin Paul Rowley (Miranda) of Burlington; and his siblings, Christina Goodwin of Washington, IL, Robert Rowley of Burlington, Thomas Rowley of Burlington, Kevin Rowley of Burlington and Craig Rowley of Dumfries, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
