She was predeceased by: her parents, Brian DeSpain and Roberta J. DeSpain (Woodsmall); and her sister Tami Marie DeSpain. She is survived by: her former husband Bobby Skaggs; her children, Michael Skaggs (Tiffany) of Ottumwa, Megan Reyes-Urizar (Alvaro) of Mt. Pleasant and Amanda DeSpain (Chris Prospere) of Mt. Pleasant; her siblings, Chad DeSpain of Florida, Brian DeSpain, Jr. of Texas and Tara DeSpain of Florida; and her grandmother Anna Woodsmall of Salem. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
