With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael M. Moeller of Salem, Iowa, born in Fort Madison, Iowa, who passed away on June 7, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Moeller; his parents-in-law, Rita and Joseph Mehmert; and his brother-in-law Peter Orth. He is survived by: his mother Helen Moeller (Merschman) of West Point, Iowa; his wife Linda Mehmert; his sons, Adam Moeller (Ashley) of Cedar Rapids and Austin Moeller (MaryJo) of St. Louis, Missouri; his grandchildren, Maclan Moeller, Liam and Beckam Moeller; his siblings, Kathy Orth of Burlington, Iowa, Dan Moeller of Phoenix and Doug Moeller of Tucson, Arizona; and his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Boeding (Jim), Glorine Scharpman (Jim), Paulette Kruse, Eugene Mehmert (Sandy) and Kenny Mehmert (Karen). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his memory for Salem Fire and Rescue, Every Step Hospice in Mt. Pleasant or St. James Cemetery.
