She is survived by: her mother Anna Woodsmall (Bollinger) of Salem; her husband Jon Stevens of Salem; her daughter Laura DeSpain of Salem; and her brothers, Roger Woodsmall of Morning Sun and Roy Woodsmall of Columbus Junction. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
