It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Hoffman (Shenandoah, Iowa), born in Goldfield, Iowa, who passed away on February 22, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Hoffman, II and Edith Ethel Hoffman (Goddel); his stepmother Marie Hoffman; his siblings, Tom, Dick, Dallas, Louis, Cora, Wanda, Iva and Mae; and his stepsiblings, Rachel and Willard.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his sister Corina Jean; his children, Nick (Janet) and Joni (Mike); his grandchildren, Douglas (Paula), Stacy (Scott), Lesli and Kaitlyn; and his siblings-in-law, Merlin Harness, Viola Hoffman and Annalee Hoffman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials in lieu of flowers are being directed to either the First Christian Church, the Shenandoah Food Pantry or People for Paws in Jack's name.
