He is survived by: his children, William Sacks and Wendy Sammons; his brother Jeffrey Sammons of Moultrie; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy Warren, Jr., Lisa of Coolidge, Cila Allen, Shannon of Moultrie, Gregory Smith and Lindsey of Sylvester. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
