He is survived by: his siblings, Jake Jurrens of Sibley, IA, Clarence Jurrens (Joyce) of Fulda, MN, Harold Jurrens (Faye) of Lake Wilson, MN, Annetta Hickman (Dave) of Algona, IA, Fredrick Jurrens of Little Rock, IA and Marvin Jurrens of Little Rock, IA; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Jurrens of Pipestone, MN and Darlene Jurrens of Le Mars, IA; and his nephew Scott Jurrens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
