It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Philiph of Sibley, Iowa, born in Hartley, Iowa, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin John and Nelda Clara Philiph (Wacker); his wife Corinne Putnam; and his brothers, Donald and Duane.
He is survived by : his children, Jeff Philiph (Ann) of St. Louis, MO, Doug Philiph (Marcia) of Des Moines, IA, SueAnn Jankowski (Tom) of Clinton, IA and Darcy Ney (Bob) of Melvin, IA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; along with other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials directed to the Trinity Lutheran Church Building Fund.
