She is survived by: her husband Dale Kemper of Sibley, IA; her stepdaughters, Barbara Kemper and Annette Perez-Kemper (Antonio); and her siblings, Ben Moreno of Tucson, AZ and Erma Figueroa of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
