He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Stanton of Sibley, IA; his children, Kayleen Stanton (Gary Greenfield) of Sibley, IA, Kimberly Johns (Randy) of Roland, IA, Karla Clauson (Pete) of Sibley, IA, Rick Stanton (Alisa) of Sibley, IA and Rob Stanton (Sharri) of Sibley, IA; his grandchildren, Kelly Johns, Kara Johns, Steven Ackerman, Terry Ackerman (Chrissy), Lindsey Mook (Travis), Tucker Boone (Tasha), Zak Stanton, Shelby Stanton (Marshall Eddy) and Gavin Stanton; his great grandchildren, Alontae Johns, Zamauri Johns, Janelle Ackerman, Kaleb Ackerman, Zoe Ackerman, Jaeger Ackerman, Robert Mook and Lexi Mook; and his sister Marlys Marco of Spirit Lake, IA. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and other extended family.
