He is survived by : his nieces and nephews, Duane Collins (AK) of Wahoo, NE, Dawn Collins (Brian Moseley) of Sidney, IA, Donna Jones (Tom) of Solon Springs, WI, Matthew Thompson (Karie) of Superior, NE, Tabitha Foote (Robert) of Mound City, MO and Dustin Collins of Fairfax, MO. He is also survived by many grand-nieces, grand-nephews, aunts, uncles and other family and friends.
