He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Lester and Myra Iola Emmiline Hardy (Fithian); and his close friend Deanna Jeanne "Jeannie" Countryman. He is survived by : his former life partner Dorothy "June" Carlock; his daughter Brenda Emery; his son-in-law Jerry Emery (Carrie Hardy) of Hopkins, MO; his grandchildren, Kelton, Karlie, Kade, Presley, Chloe and Camry; his great grandchildren, Jade and Oliver; his sisters, Alexandra Hardy-Shamaya of Pie Town, NM and Shirley Flack of Red Oak, IA; his aunt Violet Lytle of Mart, TX; and his close friend Cindy Hale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will go to the family for funeral expenses.
