Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Atha Kathleen Sawyer of Sigourney, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 97, on November 16, 2020. She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Claypool and Gail Butler Claypool; her husband Ronald Sawyer; her children, Wayne and Linda; her granddaughter Samantha Kriegel; and her sisters, Marian Claypool, Elna De Jordy and Ardys Weber.

She is survived by : her children, Roseanne Kriegel (LaVerne) and Alan Sawyer (Anita); her grandchildren, Susan Kriegel Lint (Kyle), Sheila Kriegel (Jim Westphalen), Maria Kriegel, Josh Sawyer (Brittney) and Adam Sawyer (Sophie); her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Kaylee, Elijah Lint, Jake, Josh Westphalen, Cameron, Adrian and Levi Sawyer; and her great great grandchild Hila Westphalen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
