She was predeceased by : her father Henry; her husband Melvin Vale Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Les Wilkening, John Wilkening, Frances Leighton, Bessie Hollingsworth and Hanky Greene Vittetoe.

She is survived by : her children, Mel Hollingsworth (Joani) of Urbandale, Joi Staves (Walt) of Sherman Oaks, Althea Holcomb of Johnston and Shirley Diaz (Jim) of Boise.
