We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2020, at the age of 61, Peggy Seaba (Sigourney, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Luther Dillavou and Dorothy Seitz Dillavou; and her siblings, Luther "Butch" Dillavou and Mary Randall. She is survived by : her husband David Seaba; her daughter April Seaba of Ottumwa; her grandson Kennedy Seaba; and her sisters, Elaine Devore of Kalona, Marylin Snyder of Columbus Junction and Donna Crow of Washington.
