He was predeceased by : his parents, John Zeeuw and Dena De Zeeuw (Hubers); his daughter Beverly Jean; his wife Greta De Zeeuw; his son-in-law Jan De Boom; his grandson Jacob De Zeeuw; his sister Dorothy; and his brothers-in-law, Reinard Dykstra and Joe Wynja.

He is survived by : his sons, Mark Bradley (Sandy De Zeeuw) and Paul Alan (Sherri De Zeeuw); and his sister Mary Jean Wynja of Sioux Center. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great-grandchild.
