It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Norman De Boom of Sioux Center, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 76, on January 23, 2022. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Tony Boom and Fannie De Boom (Altena); his sister Juleen Hofland; his parents-in-law, Harold and Arta Vander Schoor; and his sister-in-law Adelyn of Boom.

He is survived by : his wife Sharon De Boom of Sioux Center; his son Brent De Boom (Marsha) of Sioux Center; his grandchildren, Paige and Addyson; his son Brian De Boom (Racquel) of Primghar; his grandson Alex Spoo; his son Jason De Boom (Jessica) of Sioux Center; his grandchildren, Reece and Ella; and his siblings-in-law, Hank Hofland of Sanborn, IA, Bob, Linda Bouwman of Akron, IA and Deb Van Bruggen of Hawarden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The De Boom family prefer memorials be directed to Mission India or the Bethel Christian Reformed Church Education Fund.
