She is survived by: her husband Leonard Lensink, Jr.; her sons, Ryan Lensink (Jenny Chinn) and Cody Lensink; her grandchildren, Jarrod, Jacob and Braelynn; and her brothers, Doug Puttmann (Sandy), Steve Puttmann (Diane), Jeff Puttmann (Patty), Greg Puttmann (Linda) and Rich Puttmann (JoEllen). She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
