He was predeceased by : his parents, Byron Bruinsma and Anna Mae Bruinsma (Eshuis); and his nephew Jeremey Feekes. He is survived by : his former life partner Darla Buyert; his wife Kathryn Tate; his children, Joshua, Melissa, Jesse and Tucker; and his sisters, LeAnn Helwig of Rock Valley, Linda "Grace" De Bondt of Sioux Center and Lisa Timmer (Randy) of Sioux Center. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews; aunts; uncles and friends.
