He is survived by: his wife Sharon King of Sioux City; his daughter Jill Murphy (Mike) of Castle Rock, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Melissa, Ben, Austin, Brittney and Kasay. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
