Johnson of Mesa, AZ; her nephew Scott Atkinson of Des Moines, IA.; her husband John E. Ward (Jack); and her sister Janice Campbell of Des Moines, IA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Augustana Lutheran Church.
