She was predeceased by: her parents, Ival Smith and Arlene Smith (Renville); and her brothers, Jim Smith and Jon Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Michael Jaacks (Marysue), Kelli Jaacks (Mel Crawford), Jack Jaacks (Nancy) and Kristi Goff (Kirk); her grandchildren, Erin Goff, Emma Goff, Kelsey Jaacks, Kayla Jaacks and Jered Jaacks; her great grandchild Ivy Goff-Savage; her stepgrandsons, Ryan Goff (Aja) and Tyler Goff (Melissa); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hayden, Nolan Goff, Tatum, Avery, Mason and TJ Goff; and her brother Jay Smith (Lynda). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
