He is survived by: his wife Joyce Chase of Sioux City; his children, Cindy Baker (Jason) of Wasilla, Beth Claypool (Keith) of Jackson and Chris Chase of Sioux City; his siblings, Cheryl Kloster (Roger) of Jackson, Minnesota and Steve Chase of Bothell, Washington; his grandchildren, Julianna, Isaiah, Elijah, Lily Baker, Taylor Claypool, Thomas Chase and Nathaniel Coffman; and his stepmother Katie Chase of Sioux City.
