He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Albert Harder (Laura) and Laura Harder (Baker); his wife Reva Cogdill; his children, Christine Angerman (Heath) of Sioux City and Brian Harder (Julie) of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Tiffany Gagnon, Bonnie Gagnon (Andy), Christopher Gagnon, Frederick Gagnon (Amber), Lori Harder (Brandon), Kevin Foutch (Manda), Kailey Bryant (Kenny) and Frederick Harder; his great grandchildren, Ayden, Alyk, Niya, Thyan, Teagan, Gabriel, Alexandria, Linkin, Kissty, Logan, Lathan, Lilly, Dayton, Adrian, Rayden, Rayne, RayLynn, Abby and Grayson; his sister Donna Skiles of Peoria, IL; his great grandchild Taylen Wessendorf; his siblings, Martin Harder (Nina) and Nadine Zellers (Edward); and his brother-in-law Larry Skiles. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
