She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Marolf and Emma Marolf (Richou); her son Lee Stanley Hasek; her husband Roger Lee Hasek; and her brother Leo Stanley Marolf.

She is survived by: her children, Lynne Eaton (Ron) of Sioux City, Julie Cornelia of Sioux City, John Hasek of Coeur, Laurie Kucks (Lynn) of Omaha, NE and Diane Frisch (Shane) of Dakota Dunes, SD; her grandchildren, Christa Davis, Shane, Chris Robak, Lauren Frisch and Duke Hasek; and her great grandchildren, Cash Davis, Hunter, Ava and Anika Hasek.
