With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Leanna R. Taubert of Sioux City, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Leanna left this world on June 24, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. Though Leanna may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leanna touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Dean and Darlene Dean (Etchison). She is survived by: her children, Nicole Hinkel (Bill), Amanda Boyle and Christian Townsley; her grandchildren, Cole (Lisa), Ethan, Skyler (Sadie), Elizabeth and Erin; and her sister Deborah Osterholt.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Heisler Cemetery.
