He is survived by: his spouse Susan Yates; his children, Haley Freese, Harper, Braxton of Altoona, IA, Derek and Megan; his stepmother Dee Hoesing of Washington; his sisters, Mary Dawn St (Paul) of Washington, Eileen Maxwell (Ben) of Washington, Cathy Sullivan (George Pickens) of Sioux City and Corrine Transue (Bill) of Oregon; his niece Amy Dvorak; and also, Andy Sandman of Sioux City and Denise Parker of Altoona, IA..
