She was predeceased by: her parents, Marold B. Smith and Frances L. Smith (Jolley); her husbands, Andy Irwin and Art Grabe; her siblings, Myrna Elliot, Frances Piper, Donnie Ann Smith and Bruce Smith; and her daughter-in-law Misty Armstrong (Kennedy).
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Armstrong (Christine) of Fond and Todd Armstrong of Sioux Falls, SD; and her stepchildren, Dan Irwin (Lynn) of Pierson, IA, Brad Grabe (Deanna) of Perham, MN, Mike Grabe (Julie) of Kingsley, IA. and Jill Gollhofer (Doug Willert) of Ellendale, MN.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
