It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard G. Wagner of Sioux City, Iowa, born in Primghar, Iowa, who passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James A Wagner and Iva Wagner (O'Donnell); his wife Dorothy Y. VanDyke; and his siblings, James Wagner, Dr. Daniel Wagner and Pat Gasner.

He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Ann Wagner of Denver, Richard Bradley Wagner of Lexington, VA and David Brandon Wagner (Ashley) of Iowa City, IA; and his brother Bill Wagner of Primghar, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Waitt Family Foundation.
