He is survived by: his sons, Derrick Berg (Heidi) of Chatsworth, IA, Justin "Jay" Berg (Melissa) of Sioux City and Dustin Berg (Nicole) of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Shelby Berg, Sebastian Berg, Saphire Berg, Taylor Claypool, Sierra Berg, Alexis Berg, Alexis Gigaroa, Braxton Gigaroa, Kinslee Berg and Tatum Berg; his great grandchildren, Damon Berg and Stefan Berg; his former wife Beverly Wallace; and his brother Randy Berg of Kansas City, KS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
