It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ilene LaFleur of Sioux City, Iowa, born in Jefferson, South Dakota, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Orr and Daisy Orr (Holder); and her husband David. She is survived by: her children, Colette Hrabik (Jim) of Omaha, NE, Kevin (Judy) of Loveland, CO, Pamela of Sioux City, Mary Bird (Barry) of Wichita, KS, Joseph (Cindy) of Wichita, KS and David (Linda) of Avon Lake, OH; her brother Raymond Orr of West Point, NE; and her sister-in-law JoAnn Faber (Doug) of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Holy Cross – St. Michael's Catholic Church or Hospice of Siouxland in Ruth's memory.
