He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lillie and Leota Lillie (Groetken); his daughter Shelly Lillie; and his brothers, John and Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ward; his children, Mary Fowers (Tony), Steve Lillie (Beth) and James Merrill (Nikki); and his siblings, Robert Joe Lillie, Sandra Graves, Amelia Jones, Marlene Scalf, Mike Lillie, Ken Lillie, Susan Sands, Bill Peterson and Larry Peterson.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sioux City Elks Lodge (1001 Tri View Ave, Sioux City, IA 51103).
