It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Schlensig of Soldier, Iowa, born in Dunlap, Iowa, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Rose and Catherine Rose (Kline); her husband Robert Milton Schlensig of Soldier, Iowa.; and her siblings, Janice Allen (Rose) and James Rose.

She is survived by : her children, Milton Schlensig (Deborah) of Phoenix, Arizona and Melba Starr of Manteca, California; and her grandchildren, Brandon Schlensig, Kristen Schlensig and Meghan Ennis (Starr).
