He is survived by: his wife Sandy Willey; his sons, Dustin Willey, Adam Willey of Solon and Chase Willey of Iowa City; his brother Dennis Willey of Cedar Rapids; and his sisters-in-law, Dan Smith (Barb) of Solon, Theresa Mayhew (Rick) of Solon, Jeff Smith (Carmen) of Solon, Pat Smith (Michelle) of Solon, Deb Behr (Neil) of Gilberts, IL and Sherry Whetstone (Mike) of Ely, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
