He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Hoover and Florence Hoover (Wohlwend); his adoptive father Eric (Edna Haugland); his wife Barbara Hinz; his children, Scott Haugland, Teresa Sedlacek (Jeff) and Brett Haugland (Lisa); his stepson James Hinz (Amy); his siblings, Ronnie (Barb), Doyle (Janet), Kenneth and Vivian (Dan); his former wife Carol Petrie; his children, Michael and Karen Kottman; and his siblings, Loretta, Betty, Keith, Sandra, Shirley and Vern. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
